I’m really excited to share my story, “Recollected” published by North American Review in their lovely annual online issue. This story means a lot to me. It’s so much about queer experiences/stories/voices/identity, and it’s one of the more experimental pieces structurally in my manuscript, as in, I was trying something new-for-me and challenging myself when I wrote it. I’m so happy that’s paid off and it’s found a home in NAR, a journal I’ve respected and admired for such a long time, it’s an honor to be a part of this issue. Thanks to the generous editors for understanding and believing in what I was doing with this piece. I hope you’ll check it out (along with all of the beautiful work in this issue)!
